Then, I occasionally export the list to a file and import it to other junk list. I keep adding to the junk list in the same default account (that I normally use). Then when I go to junk email options, it opens the dialog for the account I've set as default. I regularly add to the list.) The only way I have found to edit each of the lists is to open account settings and set as default the account whose email settings I want to modify. I have about 1200 email servers in the list. I have discovered that not only are the junk email settings separate for each email account, the junk mail filter list is separate for each account. I use it for two email accounts that store emails in a single pst file and go to the same inbox. I use outlook 2010 and have had trouble (through my ignorance) in configuring the junk mail filter. ![]()
